Meet Our founder
Jaylon Smith attended Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana, excelling in football, basketball, and track. In football, he earned the Butkus Award as the nation’s top high school linebacker and Indiana’s Mr. Football title. He led Bishop Luers to their fourth straight state championship, rushing for 1,265 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior. In college at Notre Dame, he was a three-year starter, winning the Butkus Award in 2015 as the top college linebacker. Entering the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys in 2017, Jaylon quickly made an impact, achieving one of the highest single-season tackle totals by a first-year player in Cowboys history.
